By living a more primally lifestyle, I am eating mainly whole foods and meats. I still enjoy my chocolate. Why and How? I do not believe in heavy restrictions as they will cause you cravings and a yo-yo effect after a while. I simply make my own healthy and delicious treats. Most of them in under 15 minutes. I don't need to use refined sugar, I only use natures sweetness.
